Enjoy your meal in the sitting room ‘Kaiser Maximilian Stube’.Our recently renovated sitting room ‘Kaiser Maximilian Stube’ presents itself in elegant modern country house style with lots of charm and cosiness. Here as well as in our ‘feel-good restaurant by the fireplace’ our host and chef Josef Bußlehner introduces you to the world of regional and Mediterranean cuisine. He only uses natural products from the region, which you can experience at the extensive breakfast buffet as well as at the half-board meals in the evening. Many herbs and edible blooms from Josef’s herb garden contribute to the distinctive flavour of his meals.
Enjoy the breakfast buffet, barbecue dinners and other delicious meals on our lovely sun terrace in summer. You will easily get away from it all, smelling the herbal scents, contemplating the mountains surrounding you and watching a burning sunset.

restaurant by the firesideYou can find alpine snugness at our feel-good restaurant with a fireside. In winter as well as in summer the romantic flickering of the open fire accompanies dinner, and you will feel calm and relaxed while enjoying the exquisite cuisine.

good in our sauna or infrared cabinOur Finnish sauna and infrared cabin are at your disposal on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays without additional costs during a minimum stay of 7 days. Of course, it is also possible to rent the sauna for private use outside the days mentioned against extra charge.
You can relax in the close-by resting room looking back on the highlights of
your day.
Indoor
childrens’ playroomFor our younger guests, the 70 m² indoor playroom offers everything children need to have fun (and everything parents need to relax): table tennis, tabletop football, corners for painting and tinkering, reading area, free video games and a lot more besides.
Ski
room with ski boot dryerIn our ski room, you can easily store your skis and dry your ski boots with a boot dryer. Of course, you can also use it in summer for your hiking boots and hiking sticks.
In winter, 15 ski storages right at the base station of the Christlum ropeway
are available for free. Please let us know in time if you want to use our service,
as the number of storages is limited.
GardenRelax on 1,200 m² of lawn and garden and enjoy the stunning panorama of the surrounding mountains and the scent of meadow. Bring your body and soul back into balance in our calm oasis with sunloungers and sunshades. Youngsters can enjoy a swim in the private children’s swimming pool (5 m in diameter, max. depth 1.1 m) or romp around the playground with a slide.
Sufficient parking spaces are available for free in front of our house.
